Perri’s couples counselling work is grounded in nervous system regulation, attachment theory, and relational safety. Supporting couples to move beyond reactive cycles and into deeper understanding of themselves and each other.
Sessions focus on slowing interactions down, building emotional literacy, and creating space for repair — particularly after periods of stress, rupture, parenthood, or identity shifts.
Perri works with couples who want to strengthen their connection, rebuild trust, and develop tools that support long-term relational resilience.

Jakara brings a deeply compassionate, trauma-informed presence to WOMB. She offers individual EMDR therapy and counselling for women navigating trauma, matrescence, and the emotional intensity of raising children.
Her approach is both practical and nurturing – weaving together neuroscience with maternal wisdom, nervous system safety with relational care.
Jakara also facilitates Circle of Security and Protective Behaviours workshops, supporting parents to cultivate secure attachment and emotional resilience within their families.

WOMB is more than just a service. It’s a physical sanctuary designed to support women and families during their most vulnerable and transformative moments.
Nestled in the idyllic community of Machans Beach, WOMB is a welcoming space where women and families can gather to receive holistic, continuity-based care from a team of dedicated practitioners.
Our mission is to create an environment where every person feels seen, supported, and empowered on their journey through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenthood.
Our founder, Perri, curated the physical
